FIELD SERVICES

Synchronized Bridge Lifting

A successful bridge lift and bearing replacement in tough conditions at the North Pagawachewan River Bridge. We used the Jack-Mate Lifting System which synchronizes hydraulic cylinders for this kind of multi-point lifting and positioning application.

Horizontal Test Frame for Winches

Equipment Corps’ 70,000 lb. capacity horizontal winch test bed permits load testing of all units to 125% of rated capacity. The integrated hydraulic ram simulates dynamic loading, which proof loads the take-up and enables the brake to be adjusted correctly. This information is captured by our proprietary tracking software that produces logs and certifications for all our maintenance work.

Vertical Test Frame for Hoists

Our 60,000 lb. capacity vertical hoist test frame permits load testing of all units to meet ASME standards. In the intensely scrutinized industry of hoisting, integrating hydraulics into the frame enables us to simulate live loads and ensure perfect operation. To complement the test frame, we have an ultra efficient chain refurbishing system, which facilitates chain inspection. As with our other testing equipment, all information is captured by our proprietary tracking software that produces logs and certifications.

Proof Load Frame for Hydraulic Cylinders

Certifying hydraulic systems is no longer an issue with Equipment Corps’ 200-ton dynamic hydraulic test center. This versatile test center is capable of dynamic testing through full stroke at incremental or full static pressure. Our software tracks these tests, saves the maintenance logs and produces printed certificates for each cylinder unit. Complementing the DHTC is our in house 10,000 psi pressure gauge comparator.

Testing Frame for Load Cells

Our newest Test Frame for Load Cells allows our team to verify and calibrate load cells up to 200 ton and proof load shackles up to 100 ton. The integrated hydraulic ram simulates dynamic loading while our custom designed load cells track all forces to 0.01%. This information is captured by our proprietary tracking software that produces logs and certifications for all our certification work.

Maintenance and Service

After rented equipment is returned, we inspect each piece, test it and perform rigorous maintenance procedures to ensure it’s absolutely safe and reliable. Our philosophy is that no shortcuts should ever be taken when it comes to these vital quality control measures. As a result, our inventory is always in optimum condition and ready for shipping out as soon as it’s ordered.
